StreamGear offers a 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee for the products we sell. This 15 day period begins the day that your order arrives at your delivery address. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange, but will continue to provide technical support for those products for at least 90 days from their date of delivery. Many of our products offer manufacturer warranties against defect that extend beyond 15 days, but those returns must be processed through the manufacturer directly.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be received by us in resellable condition with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee, based upon the condition and circumstances of the return:
- Exchanges of a resellable item for another item: 5% of purchase price
- Returns in like-new condition (all accessories and packaging present): 15% of purchase price
- Returns in open-box condition (damaged packaging and/or missing accessories): 30% of purchase price
Certain items are non-returnable, including most non-physical items (software, services, etc.) and products that cannot be resold in our store (sale/clearance items, special orders, abused items, etc.).
Return Process (if applicable)
- Before sending us your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 248-833-0060 to request an RMA number.
- We will provide the return address and RMA number you should use for your return when you contact us.
- Failure to use the return address and RMA number we provide will delay the processing of your return/refund.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment, so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance when sending it to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you (via e-mail or phone) to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 30 days.
- Refund amounts will be based on the price paid for the item(s), minus any restocking fees incurred.
- Any additional shipping costs paid for your original order are not refundable.
- Any sales or use taxes paid by you to your home state are not refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received your refund within 30 days of the return approval status notification from us, please double-check the account receiving the refund first.
- Next, contact your credit card company or bank - there may be extra processing time on their end before a refund is posted.
- If there is no sign of your refund after completing the above steps, contact us at email@example.com and let us know so that we can look into the issue for you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Our Policy is to only replace items if they are defective or arrived damaged (i.e, not customer abused).
- The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location and processing time.
- We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Policy when a customer's technical needs are not being met by their originally purchased item, but would be by exchanging it for a different item.
- In the case of such exceptions, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in price of the items and the appropriate restock fee for the returned item.

Sale/Clearance/Special Order Items and Discount Codes (if applicable)
- Items purchased on sale, clearance or via special order are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- Items purchased utilizing a store discount code entered at checkout are eligible for returns/refunds as long as the items were not purchased on sale, clearance or via special order.
- We do not offer any kind of gift services.
- If you received an item purchased from us as a gift, please contact your benefactor for the order information before contacting us, as we cannot process a return, refund or exchange without this information.
- Please note that any return, refund or exchange will go to the original purchaser's address or payment account.
